About

Chris Itteilag

Realtor licensed in DC, MD & VA

From entry-level to ultra-luxury, Chris Itteilag has consistently delivered first-class service to clients throughout the Capitol region for more than a decade. A native Washingtonian, Chris brings a love for the city and a deep understanding of the area’s diverse neighborhoods to each transaction. He has flawlessly handled countless upper-bracket home sales from Georgetown to Potomac, cementing a reputation as a savvy negotiator and tireless advocate.

Real Estate has always been in Chris’s blood. His mother, Nancy Itteilag, has built a distinguished 30-year career as one of the top-producing agents in Washington. Chris became a licensed real estate agent himself while studying Geology, Studio Art Sculpture and Japanese at the College of Charleston – completing deals on summer and winter breaks. After earning a Masters’ Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University, Chris joined Nancy to create a formidable team – achieving national recognition for representing many of the region’s most significant properties.

Chris is described as loyal and extremely passionate about his work, by friends and clients alike. These characteristics are why his clients return to work with him and refer him to others. Outside of real estate, Chris is an avid guitar player and loves live music. As a student of the culinary arts, he is always happy to share his favorite dining experiences in the DC region. Chris is also highly-involved with charitable and community organizations, including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, The Smithsonian Institution and The Music Maker Relief Foundation.
